The tour begins in our contemporary gardens and continues to the iconic underground cellar, where you’ll learn about the milestones that have shaped the winery’s evolution over time.

Can I join the tour if I don't drink alcohol?
Yes. You must purchase the full tour ticket to participate, which includes a complimentary engraved wine glass. You may simply choose not to take part in the wine tastings.

Children are considered to be between 3 and 17 years old.

What if I'm traveling with a child?
Children are welcome to join the experience. The ticket price is the same, but instead of a wine tasting, they will receive juice and a snack. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Are restrooms available?
Yes. Santa Carolina Winery has restroom facilities available for visitors.
Can I buy food or drinks during the tour?
At the moment, food and beverages are not available for purchase during the experience. We recommend bringing water and/or light snacks.
What is the weather like during the experience? Will it be hot or cold?
Parts of the experience take place outdoors, so we recommend dressing according to the season. Bring sunscreen and a hat on warm days, or a jacket on colder days. The remainder of the tour takes place in the winery's historic underground cellars.
Is the experience suitable for guests with reduced mobility or older adults who use a cane or walker?
The vineyard tour is not accessible for guests with reduced mobility, as the route includes stairs and uneven surfaces. Comfortable footwear is recommended. Older adults who use a cane or walker are welcome to participate, provided they are able to navigate the stairs independently.
Until what time can tickets be purchased?
Same-day tickets are available until two hours before the last scheduled tour. The final tour departs at 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday and at 1:00 PM on Saturdays. Sales for same-day visits close accordingly.
What happens if I purchased a 2-day ticket on Saturday and couldn't visit the winery because it is closed on Sunday?
In this case, you may reschedule your winery visit by contacting our Reservations team in advance. A new date will be arranged, subject to availability.
