The tour begins in our contemporary gardens and continues to the iconic underground cellar, where you’ll learn about the milestones that have shaped the winery’s evolution over time.

You must purchase the full ticket to take the tour, which includes an etched wine glass as a gift; you may simply choose not to participate in the tastings.

Children can participate in the experience. The ticket price is the same, but instead of wine tasting, it includes juice and a snack. They must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Are there restrooms available?
Viña Santa Carolina has restroom facilities available for visitors.
Are there places to buy food or drinks during the tour?
At the moment, there are no points available for purchasing food or drinks. Therefore, we recommend bringing water and/or snacks.
What is the weather like during the experience? Is it hot or cold?
Parts of the experience take place outdoors, so we recommend coming prepared according to the season: sunscreen and a hat on hot days, or a coat on cold days. The rest of the tour takes place in an underground heritage cellar.
Is the experience suitable for people with reduced mobility or seniors using a cane or walker?
The vineyard tour is not accessible for people with reduced mobility, as the route includes stairs and areas with uneven surfaces; comfortable footwear is recommended.
Seniors using a cane or walker can participate without issues, provided they have the necessary autonomy to go up and down stairs.
Until what time are tickets sold?
Same-day ticket sales are available until 2 hours before the last tour. The last tour runs at 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday and at 1:00 PM on Saturdays, so points of sale should consider these times for daily closing.
What happens if I bought a 2-day ticket on Saturday and couldn't visit the vineyard because it's closed on Sunday?
In this case, the passenger can reschedule their visit by contacting our Reservations team in advance, who will arrange a new date based on availability.
Can I reschedule my visit to Viña Santa Carolina?
Yes, it is possible to reschedule your visit, subject to availability. The request must be made at least 24 hours before the originally booked tour date by contacting our reservations team.
