Are there places to buy food or drinks during the tour?
At the moment, there are no points available for purchasing food or drinks. Therefore, we recommend bringing water and/or snacks.
What is the weather like during the experience? Is it hot or cold?
Parts of the experience take place outdoors, so we recommend coming prepared according to the season: sunscreen and a hat on hot days, or a coat on cold days. The rest of the tour takes place in an underground heritage cellar.
Is the experience suitable for people with reduced mobility or seniors using a cane or walker?
The vineyard tour is not accessible for people with reduced mobility, as the route includes stairs and areas with uneven surfaces; comfortable footwear is recommended.
Seniors using a cane or walker can participate without issues, provided they have the necessary autonomy to go up and down stairs.

Same-day ticket sales are available until 2 hours before the last tour. The last tour runs at 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday and at 1:00 PM on Saturdays, so points of sale should consider these times for daily closing.
